This policy explains how the Wilo Wise artist website at wilowise.com handles enquiries and information used to operate the site. For privacy questions, use the contact form and select “Privacy request”.
Enquiries
The booking form asks for your name, email address, event type, event location and message. Your phone number and event date are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss your event.
When you submit the form, your enquiry is stored as a private record in the website and an email notification is sent to the booking team. Your consent is recorded with the enquiry. We use these details to respond, discuss availability and manage the enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or confirm a booking.
The general enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. You can select a general enquiry, press and interviews, or a privacy request without providing event or booking details. These messages are stored as private website records, with a notification sent to the artist team at info@wilowise.com.
Technical information and security
The hosting and security services may process information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages to deliver the site, maintain logs and prevent abuse. The booking form uses a temporary, protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
WordPress uses cookies for authorised administrator sign-in. The site also stores site files and database backups on its hosting server; these backups may include enquiry records.
Media and external services
The song and cover video are hosted on wilowise.com. Your browser may cache these files to reduce repeat downloads. Using a sharing or download button may prepare a copy of the media on your device.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those fonts. If you choose to share through WhatsApp, Facebook or another app, that service handles the text, link or media you choose to share under its own privacy policy. The website does not choose a recipient or publish a social post for you.
Access and retention
Private enquiry records are available to authorised website administrators. Enquiry notifications are handled by the booking team’s email service, and hosting, security and backup services process information as needed to provide their services.
Enquiries remain in the website until an administrator removes them; automatic deletion is not currently configured. Email records and backup copies may remain after a website record is removed. Please contact the team if you want to ask about a record, correct details, request a copy or request deletion. The team will review your request and explain any records that need to be retained.
Changes and contact
